- Advance Payment: A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation and Date Change: Our refund policy is based on the notice period—90%, 50%, or no refund depending on how close the event date is.
- Tentative Booking: You may hold a tentative booking for 24 hours, after which it will be automatically released if not confirmed.
